The Pomodoro Technique®

I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about the The Pomodoro Technique® for improving productivity.
Basically, you work really hard and focus for 25 minutes without interruption and then you have a 5 minute break from it. You then go again for 25 minutes and have a 5 minute break from it, and so on and so on.
If you stop people from interrupting you and you don't allow yourself to be distracted, you will find you are a lot more productive.
If you keep track of your pomodoros you will be able to work out how many pomodoros a task will take.
You are best to limit yourself to a maximum of 10 pomodoros in a day as it will make you tired for the next day, if you go over.
