In this video I show you how you can create a contact form in Umbraco. We use MVC for this, so we have a Model, View and Controller. We also get it working with Ajax so the page doesn't reload when you submit the form. This is handy as the form is in the footer. You see me battle through some errors near the end and get it all working.
